The Pulse of Woo!

I guess I must be too much into the woo. I heard this theory in 2007 from a person who supposedly channels an alien. That was 14 years ago. The alien being said reality is like frame in a movie reel. If you look at the actual film, you see separate frames.  But when we watch a movie we only see a linear reality. 
 

Forgot to add. The alien being called the void Planck time “The Planck time is the time it would take a photon travelling at the speed of light to across a distance equal to the Planck length. This is the 'quantum of time', the smallest measurement of time that has any meaning, and is equal to 10-43 seconds. No smaller division of time has any meaning.
