Coconut custard pie

here's one that might work with a solar oven:

Coconut custard pie

combine in bowl:

4 eggs

6 tbsp butter or margarine

1/2 cup flour

2 cups milk

3/4 cup sugar

1 tsp vanilla

mix together the above ingred and then add in 1 cup coconut and mix together well

pour into a greased and floured pie plate - bake 50 - 60 min at 350 degrees

pie makes its' own crust
