I would say they was going to try and make it look like ETs was the ones that had control of the DEWs. And certain people on top of the game there putting out the information this was in the works. Ànd this probably put a stick in the spokes of these guys from using that. Now they are digging for another means to make this work. And it's not going to good.

From the Remote Viewing drawings..... looks like a "suite case nuke"  set off in Mid Town Manhattan.
