Peter 6,411
if history is any indicator, they don't care and will contrive an excuse to have a re-vote. And they will continue the demand for re-vote until they get the outcome they want. (what is this the third or forth mandate?) Been there, done that. The other, the one that both Johnson and May used, is to simply introduce non-Brexit Brexit legislation that keeps the UK tied to the EU. Politician and these anachronistic political system cannot be trusted. People in France figured that one out and they have staged an ongoing revolution there--the yellow vests-for the past year. That soy-boy Macron is still around but greatly weekended. The Brits need to take a look across that channel and understand how it is done. All these things will take time. It may be that nothing much will happen anywhere in the West until the debt-based financial system finally collapses. And who can say when that will be, really? There is no shortage of information out there, and we now have an alternative--crypto-currencies. But until more people abandon their programming (and wake TF up as you say) it will be a very slow clime. A re-vote is just the one that is easiest to sell. Pulling out some sort of "legal trickery" based upon some obscure language in a 1000 page treaty is going to be harder to sell. It may pull the curtain back too far. But that might be what it takes for people to abandon their programing. - So let's look at the bright side. 🙂 We didn't get here overnight, and if we are 50 feet into the swamp after several decades, it may take us that long to wade back to shore. AlanCMoore 1,674
I think that Boris now has an opportunity to go hard Brexit if he is sincere, no freaking deal whatsoever. Sure there will be chaos. But that is going to happen in any case. So accept the pain, deal with it, and move on. He has the mandate and that says a whole lot. But then, mandates can be lost as quickly as they are achieved. And taking the long view as you often so rightly do, the EU is finished in any case. It is just a matter of time. But a hard Brexit would be a most important nail in that coffin, a major blow to the globalist scum. And you could expect a number of other nations to follow the example. easy and Foxx

They can't seem to raise up a Trump/Johnson type candidate. Ann and I follow events in Canada and it is so damned disturbing. The Muslim invaders seem to have free reign. Homeless shelters have been taken over by them, hate speech laws are slanted in their favor, and so on. One channel, Rebel Media, covers a lot of this. Clearly they do need an alternative to their pathetic leader but I don't see it happening any time soon. As our friend from Sweden (see ) often says about his own country, "things are going to have to get a whole lot worse before they start to get better." Unfortunately, that just seems to be the way humans are. easy
